We are all too familiar with popular phrases such as “Yes, we can do that, but of course it will cost more,” or “No, that definitely won’t work.”
Counteract these!
Our tip: Get several expert opinions and go through your checklist with the respective contact person. Which wishes can be implemented cheaply and quickly? Which "gimmicks" would the construction manager advise against? The more opinions and price suggestions you get, the less stress you will have later in the implementation phase.
Also important: Try to integrate as few different contact persons into the project as possible. This saves coordination time and, as a result, a lot of stress.< /p>
