Payment & Shipping

Dear Customer,

Once we receive your order, it will be processed immediately. If you pay immediately (e.g. by credit card, Sofort or Apple/Google Pay), your order will be dispatched on the same day (by 2 p.m.). If you pay in advance, you can send us a screenshot of the payment and your order will be dispatched on the same working day.

Delivery times

The delivery time is 1-2 working days throughout Austria (ordered before 2 p.m.)

Delivery time throughout Germany is 2-3 working days (ordered before 2pm)

Shipments to the rest of Europe are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Exceptions: For ordered goods (e.g. freestanding bathtubs) the delivery time can be several weeks. In this case the approximate delivery time is stated in the offer text.

For pallet goods (shower walls, large mirrors, etc.) the shipping time is up to 72h (AT+DE)

Shipping costs

1. Parcel shipping

Standard shipping for packages up to 31.5 kg: Price € 7.90

Free shipping: For orders over € 49, shipping is free within Austria and Germany.

For heavy packages over 31.5 kg: Price € 15, -

Please note: Heavy packages weighing more than 31.5 kg are always subject to a charge, regardless of the value of the goods.

2. Freight shipments

Freight forwarding for bulky or heavy items: Price € 39,-

Freight shipments are always subject to a charge, regardless of the order value.

Shipping to non-EU countries

The shipping costs to EU and non-EU countries are a flat rate of € 55 (gross). In non-EU countries the net amount will be charged (in this case € 45.83)

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply.
