Refund policy
Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right to cancel according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:
A. Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Wunderbad, Argentinierstrasse 29, 1040 Vienna, Email: support@wunderbad.com) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The direct cost of returning such goods that cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature (freight shipment) is estimated at a maximum of approximately 180 Euros per such item.
You are only required to cover any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
B. Cancellation Form
If you wish to cancel the contract, please fill out this form and return it.

Right to Cancel for Consumers within Austria
Consumer's Right to Withdraw
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the KSchG, they may withdraw from a distance contract or a declaration of intent made via distance communication within seven working days, whereby Saturday does not count as a working day. The withdrawal period begins, in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, on the day of receipt by the consumer, and in the case of contracts for the provision of services, on the day of contract conclusion. There is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding
1. Services, with which execution begins within seven working days after contract conclusion as agreed with the consumer
2. Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the rates on financial markets, over which the entrepreneur has no influence,
3. Home deliveries or leisure services
In the event of withdrawal by the consumer, they bear the direct costs of returning the goods, as well as the incurred shipping costs (even in the case of free shipping).
Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
