For a generously wide sheet of water, you can choose between a movable shower head and a Rain shower head with a Ceiling mount. Which option you choose depends on the desired shower configuration and the existing connections. If you only have a small shower, you do not have to miss out on this shower experience. The Hand shower differs from the Rain shower head—which is an Overhead shower—in its spray pattern. While the Rain shower head produces a wide sheet of water, the Hand shower provides a more targeted water jet. You can adjust the spray intensity precisely on the Hand shower. Side showers rarely appear alone. They are usually available in combination with Hand showers in modern shower systems and create an exceptional shower experience. Some panels are suitable for corner installation, while others are designed exclusively for wall installation. The Size of the shower plays a decisive role in the selection. After all, it is certainly not pleasant if water from the Rain shower head splashes throughout the entire bathroom. However, if there is too little space in the shower, the full sheet of water cannot be used either.

The right Linear shower drain for your shower system

Since level-access showers have become established in private bathrooms, Linear shower drains have also taken on an increasingly important role. As these floor-level showers do not have a shower tray, the water must drain through a slight gradient into the Linear shower drain. The drain is connected to the wastewater pipe and set into screed. Linear shower drains can be installed against the wall or freely in the room. This means the water flows either towards the wall or towards the centre of the room. From the drain itself, you can only see the drain grate, which is often made of Stainless steel. Depending on your needs, the grate may be height-adjustable, removable or fitted with an odour trap.

Shower systems for Bathtubs

If you do not have a shower but only a Bathtub, you still do not have to go without a shower system. Systems with a bath filler are available for this purpose. The shower system is connected directly to the bathtub fitting.

Limescale and soap residue can also build up on modern shower elements. Limescale is particularly frustrating on Rain shower heads. To prevent this, numerous models are coated with a special protective finish and can be cleaned with plain water. Other shower heads feature rubber nozzles.
