Payment & Shipping

Your order will be processed immediately after receipt. For instant payments such as credit card, Sofortüberweisung, or Apple Pay, shipping occurs on the same day (for orders placed before 2:00 PM). For prepayment, shipping is on the same business day once we receive proof of payment (e.g., screenshot).

2. Delivery Times

Austria: 1–2 business days (order before 2:00 PM)

Germany: 2–3 business days (order before 2:00 PM)

Rest of the EU countries: 3–4 business days

Special items: Special order items (e.g., freestanding bathtubs) have longer delivery times, which can be found in the product description. Bulky items such as shower walls and large mirrors may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on Destination country and Item (size and weight). The exact amount will be shown to you transparent at checkoutbefore you confirm your payment.

Free shipping from €59 order value within Austria and Germany.

For Bulky items and freight shipments (e.g., shower panels, large mirrors, bathtubs, shower enclosures), a shipping surcharge applies, which is automatically displayed at checkout.

For International orders shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country and weight.

Note: Final shipping costs are always shown before purchase – no hidden fees.

Shipping to non-EU countries

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These depend on the import regulations of the respective country. Please check with the relevant authorities in advance.
