Order and shipping information
Once your order reaches us, we start processing it straight away. With instant payment methods such as credit card, Sofortüberweisung or Apple Pay, your order is dispatched the same day (for orders placed by 14:00). With prepayment, we dispatch on the same working day as soon as we have received proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot).

The above does not apply to items that we deliver by DHL 2-person delivery: DHL collects them from us on set days. You can read more about this under “Delivery times”.
Delivery times
Austria: 1–3 working days (for orders placed by 14:00)
Germany: 2–4 working days (for orders placed by 14:00)
Rest of the EU: 3–5 working days
Some items are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany. They reach you in 1–2 working days in Germany and in 3–4 working days in Austria.
Bulky items and shower enclosures over 70 kg:
- by freight carrier to Germany 2–4 working days, to Austria 3–5 working days (for orders placed by 14:00)
- by DHL 2-person delivery to Germany 3–8 working days, to Austria 4–9 working days. DHL collects these items from us on set days, which is why the delivery time depends on the day you order.
- to all other delivery countries 6–7 working days
Special items: special-order items (e.g. freestanding bathtubs) have longer delivery times, which you can find in the product description.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the shipping method of the item and on the delivery country. You can see which shipping costs and which delivery method apply to an item on the product page under “Shipping & Delivery”. You can see the exact amount at checkout before you confirm the payment.
Delivery to Germany and Austria
- Standard parcel shipping: 7,90 € for an order value below 59 €. Free parcel shipping to Germany and Austria from an order value of 59 €.
- Large parcel (GLS): 14,90 €
- Bulky items: 49 €
- Shower enclosures over 70 kg: 79 €
The threshold of 59 € applies only to standard parcel shipping. For large parcels, bulky items and shower enclosures over 70 kg, the stated amounts apply regardless of the order value.
In Germany and Austria we deliver bulky items and shower enclosures over 70 kg either by freight carrier to the kerbside or by DHL 2-person delivery to the place of installation of your choice, depending on the item. You can see which delivery method applies to your item on the product page under “Shipping & Delivery”.
Delivery to other countries
- Standard parcel shipping: depending on the delivery country, in most countries tiered by order value
- Large parcel: from 29,90 €, depending on the delivery country
- Bulky items (freight carrier): from 79 €, depending on the delivery country
- Shower enclosures over 70 kg (freight carrier): from 125 €, depending on the delivery country
We deliver large parcels, bulky items and shower enclosures over 70 kg only within Europe, and not to every European country. You can see at checkout whether an item can be delivered to your country.
If your order contains items with different shipping methods, the shipping costs of the individual shipping methods are added together.
Which items belong to which shipping method (examples)
- Standard parcel shipping: ceramic washbasins, flush plates, most shower panels, Soho SMC shower trays from 80 × 80 to 90 × 90 cm
- Large parcel: stainless steel shower panels with massage jets, Soho SMC shower trays from 100 × 80 to 120 × 90 cm
- Bulky items: vanity unit sets of the Galaxy and Bamboo ranges, Bamboo wall cabinets, glass bath screens
- Shower enclosures over 70 kg: corner shower enclosures and alcove shower doors, walk-in shower screens; also the freestanding bathtub “Soho 2.0” and Soho SMC shower trays from 140 × 80 cm
With LED mirrors, the shipping method depends on the model and the size. You can see the shipping costs and the delivery method for your selection on the product page under “Shipping & Delivery”.
Shipping to non-EU countries
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply. These are governed by the import regulations of the respective country. Please check with the relevant authorities in advance.
