Order and shipping information

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed immediately. For instant payment methods such as credit card, immediate bank transfer, or Apple Pay, shipping will occur on the same day (for orders placed by 2:00 PM). For prepayment, shipping will take place on the same business day as soon as we receive proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot).

Immediate payment: Shipped the same day if ordered by 2:00 PM

Prepayment: Shipped on the same business day with proof of payment

2. Delivery Times

Austria: 1–2 business days (order by 2:00 PM)

Germany: 2–3 business days (order by 2:00 PM)

Rest of EU abroad: 3–4 business days

Special items: Special-order items (e.g. freestanding bathtubs) have longer delivery times, which you can find in the product description. Bulky items such as shower enclosures and large mirrors may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping within Austria & Germany

Standard shipping: €7.90 (free shipping for orders over €59.00)

Bulky waste: +€15,- surcharge (for items exceeding the maximum strap size, e.g., shower panels or large mirrors)

Freight shipping: € 79,- for large or bulky items such as bathtubs and shower cabins

International shipping

For France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, the following shipping costs apply:

Value of goods up to €150: Shipping costs €10.

Goods value €151 – €350: Shipping costs €15,-

Value of goods from €351: Shipping costs €25,-

Bulky waste: €20 flat rate

Freight goods: €99 flat rate

For other EU countries, the shipping costs are calculated in the shop based on weight.

Shipping to non-EU countries

For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties, taxes, and fees apply. These depend on the import regulations of the respective country. Please inquire in advance with the relevant authorities.
