Shipping within Austria & Germany

Standard shipping: €7.90 (free shipping for orders over €59)

Bulky goods: + €15 surcharge (for items exceeding the maximum girth, e.g., shower panels or large mirrors)

Freight shipping: €79 for large or bulky items such as bathtubs, shower trays, or shower cabins

International shipping

The following shipping costs apply to France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic:

Order value up to €150: Shipping costs €10

Order value €151 – €350: Shipping costs €15

Order value from €351: Shipping costs €25

Bulky goods: €20 flat rate

Freight items: €99 flat rate

For other EU countries, shipping costs are calculated based on weight in the shop.

Shipping to non-EU countries

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These depend on the import regulations of the respective country. Please check with the relevant authorities in advance.
